Welcome to Wild Ritual Coffeeand "our" refer to Wild Ritual Coffee. Wild Ritual Coffee operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services offered through the site (collectively, the "Services").

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use the Services.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, including purchasing products from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy, you should not access or use the Services.

Section 1: Access and Accounts

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence or that you have given consent for any minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase, or manage.

To use certain features of the Services or purchase products, you may be asked to provide information including your email address, billing information, payment information, and shipping details.

You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete and that you have the right to provide such information.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another person.

Please keep in mind that product colors, packaging, and appearance may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to device settings, screen displays, product updates, or differences between production runs.

Coffee is a natural agricultural product. Flavor, aroma, and appearance may vary due to factors including harvest, processing, roasting, grind size, water, brewing method, and preparation.

We do not guarantee that a product's appearance or flavor will exactly match photographs, illustrations, tasting descriptions, or individual expectations.

Product descriptions, pricing, packaging, availability, and other product details may be changed at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue products and to limit the quantities of products offered to any person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

Section 3: Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from Wild Ritual Coffee.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, product availability, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms.

Your order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and your order has been confirmed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because coffee may be roasted, prepared, or fulfilled with freshness in mind, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests once an order has been processed or prepared for fulfillment.

If we cancel an order or make a material change to an accepted order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing information, or phone number provided at checkout.

Purchases are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Products purchased through our online store may not be resold without our prior written authorization. For wholesale, corporate gifting, bulk orders, or partnership inquiries, please contact us directly.

Section 4: Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for a product or service will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to correction of errors as described in these Terms.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, handling fees, customs duties, or import charges.

Promotions may be subject to separate terms and conditions. If promotional terms conflict with these Terms of Service regarding a specific promotion, the promotional terms will govern for that promotion.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including applicable shipping charges and taxes.

Section 5: Wild Ritual Coffee Club Subscriptions

When you enroll in a Wild Ritual Coffee Club subscription, you are purchasing a recurring subscription.

By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment service providers to automatically charge your selected payment method at the frequency and price disclosed to you at checkout until your subscription is canceled.

Subscription frequency, product selection, pricing, and applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or within your subscription account.

You may manage, pause, change, or cancel your Coffee Club subscription before your next order is processed, subject to the options available through your subscription account.

Once a subscription order has been processed or prepared for fulfillment, it cannot be canceled or refunded except as provided in our Returns & Refunds Policy or as required by applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment, contact, and shipping information associated with your subscription.

If a subscription payment cannot be processed, we or our payment service providers may attempt to process the payment again. We may also pause or cancel a subscription if payment cannot be successfully completed.

We reserve the right to change Coffee Club pricing, products, benefits, or subscription options. We will provide notice of material changes when required by applicable law.

You may cancel your subscription using the subscription management options made available to you or by contacting us at hello@wildritualcoffee.com.

Additional subscription terms may be described in our Subscription Policy and at the time of enrollment.

Section 6: Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, customs processing, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or events outside our reasonable control.

If we are unable to ship an order within the timeframe promised or otherwise required by applicable law, we will handle the delay, cancellation, or refund in accordance with applicable requirements.

Please review your shipping information carefully before placing an order. We may be unable to change a shipping address after an order has entered fulfillment.

If there is an issue with the delivery of your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Section 7: Intellectual Property

The Services and their content, including but not limited to our brand names, trademarks, logos, text, copy, product names, designs, graphics, illustrations, photography, video, audio, and the selection and arrangement of such content, are owned by Wild Ritual Coffee, our affiliates, or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Unless expressly authorized by us in writing, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, sell, or otherwise commercially exploit content from the Services.

Nothing in these Terms grants you a license or ownership interest in the intellectual property of Wild Ritual Coffee, Shopify, or any third party except as expressly stated.

Wild Ritual Coffee's names, logos, product names, designs, slogans, and other brand elements may not be used without our prior written permission.

Shopify's trademarks and other intellectual property belong to Shopify or its respective licensors.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Section 8 - Optional Tools and Third-Party Services

We may provide access to tools, features, applications, payment services, subscription services, or other services operated by third parties.

We may not monitor or control these third-party services.

Access to third-party tools may be provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties or endorsements by Wild Ritual Coffee.

Your use of third-party services is at your own discretion and may be subject to the terms and privacy practices of the applicable third-party provider.

We may introduce new features, tools, or resources through the Services. Such features will be considered part of the Services and will be subject to these Terms.

We are not responsible for evaluating or guaranteeing the accuracy, content, safety, availability, or practices of third-party websites or services.

If you leave our Services to access a third-party website or service, you do so at your own discretion.

Wild Ritual Coffee is not responsible for losses or damages arising from your use of third-party websites, products, services, or content.

Section 10 - Relationship With Shopify

Wild Ritual Coffee is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with Wild Ritual Coffee.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Wild Ritual Coffee, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from products or services purchased from Wild Ritual Coffee.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or relating to your purchases and transactions with Wild Ritual Coffee.

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Because our store is powered by Shopify, Shopify may collect and process personal information relating to your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve its services.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any Feedback you provide and that your Feedback does not violate the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of another person.

You agree to disclose any compensation, free product, discount, or other incentive received in connection with a review or endorsement when disclosure is required by applicable law.

We are not required to maintain Feedback in confidence, pay compensation for Feedback, or respond to Feedback.

We may monitor, edit, decline to publish, or remove content that we reasonably determine is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise violates these Terms.

You may not use a false identity or provide misleading information regarding the origin of Feedback.

You are responsible for the Feedback you provide and its accuracy.

Occasionally, information available through the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, shipping charges, or delivery estimates.

Where permitted by applicable law, we may cancel an order affected by a material pricing or product information error. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, we will issue an appropriate refund.

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services where permitted by law, including if we reasonably determine that you have violated these Terms.

You remain responsible for amounts properly due before the effective date of termination.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including provisions relating to intellectual property, Feedback, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, severability, governing law, and other accrued rights and obligations.

This includes, where permitted by law, loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, or other similar losses.

These limitations apply regardless of whether a claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or another legal theory and regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

Section 18 - Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wild Ritual Coffee and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising from:

  1. Your material breach of these Terms or policies incorporated into these Terms;

  2. Your violation of applicable law or the rights of a third party; or

  3. Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Services.

We will provide reasonable notice of an indemnifiable claim when practicable.

You agree to reasonably cooperate in the defense of such claims.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Any unenforceable portion will be considered severed from these Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Our failure to exercise or enforce a right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms, together with policies and operating rules posted through the Services and incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wild Ritual Coffee regarding your use of the Services.

These Terms supersede prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals relating to the subject matter of these Terms.

Section 21 - Assignment

You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations under these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, business restructuring, or other lawful business transaction, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Section 22 - Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements through which we provide Services will be governed by the laws applicable in the state in which Wild Ritual Coffee is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Any disputes relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts with lawful authority over Wild Ritual Coffee and the applicable dispute.
