Returns & Refunds

At Wild Ritual Coffee, every order is prepared with care and freshness in mind. Because coffee is a consumable product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on coffee products.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Something not right? Let us know.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 4 days of delivery. Include your order number and, when possible, a photo of the product or packaging so we can take a look and make it right.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Please contact us before attempting to return or send back any product. Items sent to us without first contacting Wild Ritual Coffee may not be accepted.

Coffee & Flavor Preferences

Coffee is personal. Flavor can vary depending on grind size, brewing method, water, ratios, and preparation. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements based solely on taste or flavor preference.

That said, we want you to enjoy your cafecito. If something seems genuinely off with your coffee, reach out and tell us about it. We'll always do our best to help.

Coffee Club Subscriptions

Wild Ritual Coffee Club subscriptions may be changed, paused, or canceled before your next order is processed.

Once a subscription order has been processed or prepared for fulfillment, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
