At Wild Ritual Coffee, we believe great coffee is worth a little care. Every order is prepared with freshness in mind and shipped directly to you.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days.
Processing times may vary during holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please note that order processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout or provided by the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the selected shipping service, weather, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Coffee Club Subscriptions
Wild Ritual Coffee Club orders are shipped according to the delivery frequency selected for your subscription.
Your next order date and subscription details may be viewed or managed through your subscription account.
Please make any changes to your shipping address before your next subscription order is processed. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we may be unable to update the delivery address.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Wild Ritual Coffee is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at hello@wildritualcoffee.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has shipped, carrier delays may occur.
If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period or you believe your package may be lost, contact us at hello@wildritualcoffee.com and we'll do our best to help investigate the issue.
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, your building or mailroom, and the shipping carrier.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 4 days of delivery.
Include your order number and, when possible, a photo of the product or packaging so we can take a look and make it right.
Damaged, defective, and incorrect orders are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally, circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect order processing or delivery.
If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe communicated to you, we will contact you regarding the delay and available options.
International Shipping
International shipping availability, rates, and delivery options, when offered, will be displayed at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
International delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local carrier operations.
