Wild Ritual Coffee Club Subscriptions

When you join the Wild Ritual Coffee Club, you'll receive recurring coffee deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Wild Ritual Coffee and our payment providers to securely store your payment information and automatically charge your selected payment method for each recurring order until your subscription is canceled.

Managing Your Subscription

You may manage, pause, change, or cancel your Coffee Club subscription at any time before your next order is processed.

Subscription management options are available through your customer account or the subscription management link provided in your order and subscription emails.

Cancellations

Once a subscription order has been processed or prepared for fulfillment, that order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Canceling your Coffee Club subscription will stop future recurring charges and deliveries. Canceling a subscription does not cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.

If you simply need a cafecito break, you may pause your subscription instead of canceling, when that option is available through your subscription account.

Pricing & Payment

You will be charged based on the subscription price and delivery frequency selected at checkout.

You are responsible for keeping your payment and shipping information current. If a payment cannot be processed, we or our payment provider may retry the payment or pause or cancel your subscription.

Returns & Refunds

Coffee is a consumable product and is not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
